Fees

Individual Psychotherapy - $110.00 per 50-minute session

Group Psychotherapy - $50.00 per 75 to 90-minute session (payable at the beginning of each month for that month)

Insurance accepted:

BCBS HMO (managed by Resurrection Health Care)

Please provide a referral from your primary care physician at your first visit.
